The UX Design Process
What insights did our competitive analysis reveal?
The competitive analysis revealed a unique gap in the market – there's a scarcity of mobile apps that effectively blend education, entertainment, and utility for students when it comes to exploring the wonders of the world.
Identified gaps:
1. Doesn't make learning exciting as they have too much reading and don't keep students engaged.
2. The absence of up-to-date technology integration in current apps.
How did we personify
our audience?
Target audience: Students in Grades 3-6 and beyond, with a focus on those aged 8 and older.
Visualizing the journey
Storyboarding technique was used to plan how students and teachers will go through our app. It's like making sure everything's set up right so that when they use 7WondAR, it's like a super cool journey they won't forget!
A smooth and intuitive path for users, enabling them to effortlessly navigate through the augmented reality experiences, from initial exploration to discovering hidden gems.
Selecting the appropriate color palette, interactions, and visuals held significance, especially in the context of Augmented Reality tailored for young students . The chosen fonts ensure legibility, making it easy for young explorers to engage with educational content.
